Weekly Update to August 28

My miles were at 11 this week, but included a 5K race at the Great American Trucking Show.

Lebanon IN 8/22
6.5 miles.  5 in 49:30, then 1.5 easy.  Had some minor heel pain.

Dallas TX  8/26
GATS 5K.  3.16 miles in 27:00 minutes.
