I ran 12 miles this week, meeting my goal.
Youngstown OH 8/15
3.7 miles in 37 minutes. Saw a deer and was able to run on the trail behind the Pilot truckstop.
Altoona IA 8/17
3.1 miles in 30 minutes. Around the grounds of the Bosselman's truckstop. Very warm run.
Susanville CA 8/20
5 miles in 53 minutes. Ran the length of the only trail in town, then checked out some neighborhoods.
