Dallas TX

Windy today, and we needed a shower, so Cindy and I decided to exercise at a Ballys gym. Our trusty Blackberry Google Maps search showed one nearby that we had never been to in Dallas. After finding that we could park near the facility, I ran seven miles on the treadmill in 70 minutes. Then I cranked my pace up to 8:30/mi for a half-mile and warmed down for another half-mile. Total of eight miles.

70 degrees outside, seemed like 90 degrees in the gym. Dallas people do not turn on the a/c for 70 degrees, they like it warm.
