After the long run yesterday, my legs were a bit sore. I warmed up with half a mile at 10:00 pace, went to 9:15 for a mile, 8:45 for a mile 9:15 again, then warmed down with 10:00 pace.
Cindy worked out with me and was my personal photographer.
